1954 Advertised that supplied governments and oil companies throughout the world[1]

1959 Norcros acquired Temperature Ltd together with Island Craft Ltd which were under the same management and, together, were the largest maker of air conditioning units outside the USA[2].

1964 Offered 2 types of air conditioning systems for offices and other commercial buildings - Temkon Versatemp, heat recovery transfer system, and Temkon Incremental system for air conditioning of existing buildings[3]

1967 Norcros commissioned a new factory on the Isle of Wight for Temperature Ltd; half of the production was to be exported[4]

1995 Norcros sold the company[5]
