1902 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Isaac Hurst and Lewis Allon Lloyd, carrying on business as Engineers and Motor Car Makers, at 257, High Holborn, and at the Motor Works, Station-road, Wood Green, in the county of Middlesex, under the style or firm of HURST AND LLOYD, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and two. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Lewis Allon Lloyd....'[1]
1900 Hurst left to set up G. Hurst and W. E. Palister joined and the company became Lloyd and Palister
