1885 company formed to acquire Parliamentary and other powers, for the construction of railways or tramways in the United Kingdom, and adopt an unregistered agreement between Maurice Jones of Shipley, tramway proprietor, and William Potts, accountant of Hornsey Rise, relating to the sale of certain tramways.[1]
