Operated a tramway service between London Bridge and Greenwich, and branches.
1871 Another section of the Pimlico, Peckham, and Greenwich Tramway, from Deptford Bridge to East Greenwich, which would eventually extend from Woolwich by Greenwich, Deptford, Peckham, Camberwell, Kennington, and Vauxhall to Victoria station, Pimlico, was opened for traffic. Extensive repairs have been necessary upon the portion of the tramway that was opened 3 months before[1]
1879 Authorised by the Southwark and Deptford Tramways Act.
By 1898 was a public quoted company[2]
1900 London County Council decided to exercise its right to purchase the Tramway[3]
By 1904 had been taken over by the London County Council under the Tramway Acts[4]
