Henry Philips Greg (1865–1936), industrialist
1865 born at Lode Hill, Styal, Cheshire, on 13 August the only son of Henry Russell Greg (1832–1894) and his wife Emily née Gair.
1898 he married Jane Emily Diblee. They had one son and four daughters.
1887 Began work at Albert Mill, Reddish, which had been built by his grandfather, Robert Hyde Greg.
1856 Robert Hyde Greg was joined in partnership by his third son, Henry Russell Greg.
1876 On Robert Hyde Greg's death, H. R. Greg took control, in partnership with Charles Sharpe Parker.
