1982 Sold Pfaudler Process Equipment to Sohio except for the manufacturing plants in Scotland[2]
1985 Sold laboratory and working capital of Denticon together with Dental Laboratories to W. Canning and Co[3]
1989 Sybron Chemicals sold Gamlen, chemicals distributor, to W. Canning and Co of Birmingham[4]
