Subsidiary Yule the Chemist Ltd

1961 Ironfounders, engineers and enamellers manufacturing R.W. and soil goods, ranges, combination grates and fires. 500 employees.[1]

1965 to 1968 G and B Consortium established (composed of Grahamston Iron Co, BXL and Valor Ltd) to manufacture plastic pipes and drains.

1994 Company liquidated.
