Almost all the (very few) issues reported are problems with the Browser.
Please ensure you try the following to resolve the problem as we are a small team of volunteers and time is limited to handle inquiries -
1. Close your Browser and re-open again.
2. Clear the cookies in your Browser - these can become confused and stop the Browser working correctly.
3. Try another Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.) to ensure it is not a problem with the one you are currently using.
