Bussing was a German maker of buses from 1903.
1904 The first chassis was built and the company started to sell them to the UK that same year.
The rights to UK sales were bought in 1905 by an established Bristol engineering company. This company was later known as Straker-Squire.
The first model 24hp was followed by 34hp and then the 40hp models.
1908 there were over 350 Straker-Squire running in London.
Straker-Squire eventually began developing their own chassis designs.
