1854 'NOTICE is hereby given, that the PARTNERSHIP heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, JULIUS ROBERT HAAS and SIMON PINCOFFS, in the trade or business of manufacturing chemists and drysalters, carried on at Leeds, in the county of York, under the style or firm of "J. R. Haas and Co." was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts owing to or by the concern will be received and paid by the said Julius Robert Haas, by whom the business will in future be carried on. — As witness the hands of the said parties this 1st day of June, 1854. PINCOFFS. <br>The late Mr. Simon Pincoffs, who died last week at Minehead, Somerset, at the age of ninety years, was formerly head of a prominent firm of merchants and shippers, in this city [Manchester], who started business in Nicholas-street in 1833, was long a respected member of the German community here. He retired from business twenty years ago or more.
