1969 Part of Redman Heenan International; the mechanical engineering division won an order for an automated warehouse from Qatar Airways for Sydney[1]

1971 Closed the Gregory Bank (Worcester) factory which had been making the car bumper-forming machines; Fielding and Platt would handle any further orders; Unitool products would be handled at Redman Engineering's Swindon plant, and Humphris Press Equipment at Redman ARM Tipton[2]
