Pearson-Cox was a motorcycle produced by Pearson and Cox in Shortlands, Kent, from 1912 to 1914.

The firm was already well known for their steam-powered cars and after two years of experiments they produced a similarly powered motorcycle with a 3hp engine. This was fitted between the seat tube and the rear wheel, which it drove by chain. The machine had a maximum speed of 40mph-45mph. Some machines were labelled Dawn.
