1902-09 The Daimler Motoren Gesellschaft produced the Mercedes Simplex car produced using the Mercedes brand name rather than Daimler.
1925 Daimler's Mercedes star was put together with Benz & Cie's laurel wreath as the symbol of the new Mercedes-Benz brand.
