1846 February 23rd. George Bennie, Ironfounder, married Marion the eldest daughter of William Ritchie of Wistown, at 132 South Portland Street, Glasgow. [1]
1860 Opened a business at Kinning Park Foundry, Paisley Road, Glasgow - see George Bennie and Co
