1886 Edward L. I. Blyth retired from Blyth and Cunningham; D. M. Westland joined the firm which became Cunningham, Blyth and Westland
1895 Engineers of the Methil Dock, the new North Bridge, Edinburgh, and the tunnels at Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station.
1896 Mr Cunningham retired and the firm became Blyth and Westland
