Grosvenor Works were formerly the premises of Girling Motors

1913 Share subscription opened. Directors included; D'Arcy R. Baker; Charles Jarrott; Arthur F. Mulliner; Lt-Col. H. Millett Nicholls. To acquire the business of Girling Motors. Also producing machinery for the Slogger Automatic Feeder Co. [1]

1920 The works became Lington Engineering Co
