Joined on their stand at the 1906 Show by Mr. Warwick Wright, concessionaire for the four-cylinder Minerva cars.
Immediately after the Olympia Show the title of the company was altered to include the name of Mr. Warwick Wright - see Warwick Wright and Ernest Arnott
1907 AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, held at 110, High-street, Marylebone, W., the members decided that Ernest Arnott and Holloway Limited be wound up voluntarily. That Walter Mortimer Mason, of 14, Conduit-street, W., be was appointed the Liquidator to conduct the winding up. W. C. Holloway was chairman of the meeting[1]
