1859 Advert: 'NEW-STREET IRON AND BRASS FOUNDRY, CHELMSFORD. <br>MESSRS. A. & W. EDDINGTON Beg respectfully to inform Engine Owners. Millers, Farmers, &c, that they have just taken the above Premises, late in the occupation of Messrs [[Everett and Taylor]].<br>Messrs. Eddington having for some years repaired their own Engines and Machines, and having now erected good Lathes and other effcient Machinery, and engaged first-rate Mechanics in all branches of Engineering, are now prepared to execute any orders they may be favoured with in a superior manner, and on the lowest terms, consistent with good workmanship. <br>Estimates given for Fire Boxes, re-boring Cylinders, Millwrights' Work, Fittings of every description, Brass and Iron Castings, &c. <br>Brasses Spindles, Drums and all wearing parts of Clayton and Shuttleworth's Engines and Machines kept in stock. <ref>Chelmsford Chronicle - Friday 13 May 1859</ref> | |||

1859 Advert: 'NEW-STREET IRON AND BRASS FOUNDRY, CHELMSFORD.
MESSRS. A. & W. EDDINGTON Beg respectfully to inform Engine Owners. Millers, Farmers, &c, that they have just taken the above Premises, late in the occupation of Messrs Everett and Taylor.
