'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Evomy Norman and Walter Pring, carrying on the business of Common Brewers and Maltsters, at the city of Exeter, under the style or firm of Norman and Pring, was, on the 30th day of June last, dissolved by mutual consent.
