1891 Manager of a paper mill, boarding with the Sanguinetti brothers in Boxmoor. Age 29[2]

Patents on strainers for paper pulp by Carl Heinrich Roeckner and Frank Lionel Roeckner, and by Frank Lionel Roeckner and Ramsey Llewellyn Roeckner.

1897 of North Kensington when he gained a patent on improvements in the manufacture of pipes and other articles from fibrous pulp, with Bernard Grant, of Dulwich, engineer and Alexander McDougall of Glasgow, wire manufacturer.
