1964 Founded by Colin Burns and Vic Pascoe and located on the Blackwater Estuary, (English east coast), initially known as Ardleigh Laminated Plastics.

1995 'Ten identical 60ft yachts priced at around £500,000 each, have been ordered from Colvic Craft of Colchester, to sail in next year's Hong Kong Round-the-World Race, guaranteeing 40 jobs.'[1]

2000 Company in liquidation.
