1924 The business was incorporated as a private limited company, McCallum and Craigie Limited, on 29 August. It became best known for its Lan-Air-Cel blankets.
1998 The company changed its name to McCraig Limited and was dissolved on 28 December 2012, by which time it was a non-trading company.
