1916 Became Joint Stock Company. '9653- D. L. Scobbie (Ltd.), Triumph Toffee Works, Wishaw (private company), to carry on the businesses of manufacturers of and wholesale and retail dealers in and agents for confectionery, chocolate, and preserves. Capital £5000, in £1 shares.[1]
1934 Company wound up. D. L. SCOBBIE LIMITED. At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company, held in The Premier House, 197 Bath Street, Glasgow, on Saturday, 4th, August 1934, at 11.30 o'clock, the following Special Resolution was passed :— "That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Mr. David L. Scobbie be appointed Liquidator." DAVID L. SCOBBIE, Secretary.
