1829 Advert: 'JAMES CAMPBELL, with the utmostsincerity, begs to return thanks to his numerous Friends, for their handsome support during the many years he has carried on the business a COACH-MAKER, in this town, and inform them that has declined the same in favour of Mr. William Hirst Beeston and [[Richard Melling (Manchester)|Richard Melling]], the latter of whom has been his faithful Servant and active Assistant for a period of twenty-seven years, and is in every respect qualified to conduct it as before. 1829 'NOTICE is hereby given, that the PARTNERSHIP heretofore subsisting between the undersigned GEORGE LOCKWOOD and WILLIAM HIRST BEESTON, as tailors and drapers, at Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of George Lockwood and Co.," was this day DISSOLVED by mutual consent. All debts owing to or by the said late firm, will be received and paid by the said William Hirst Beeston.<br>Dated this thirteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-nine.
