Number 12 Bridge Railway Accommodation Bridge, Etherley Lane, Escomb, Bishop Auckland
A rare example of a wrought iron lenticular truss skew road bridge.
Made in 1842 by Shildon Works Co in conjunction with John Storey of Darlington, for the Bishop Auckland and Weardale Railway Co. Span 86 feet 3 inches.
Grade II* listed.
