'Driving a D.F.P. car of 12.1 rating at Brooklands yesterday. Mr. W. O. Bentley beat the records in Class B made by Mr. W. G. Tuck on a Humber. The following are the new figures....

  • Half Mile 21.85 sec; speed 82.38 m.p.h.
  • Kilometre 27.19 sec; speed 82.27 m.p.h.
  • One Mile 44.12 sec, speed 81.60 m.p.h.
