1911 Living at 6B Oaks Crescent, Wolverhampton: William Clarke (age 44 born Wolverhampton), a Cycle and Motor Engineer. With his wife Agnes Ann Clarke (age 43 born Wolverhampton) and their children Elsie Elizabeth Clarke (age 15 born Wolverhampton); Henry Steve Clarke (age 10 born Wolverhampton); and Albert Clarke (age 9 born Wolverhampton). Also his father-in-law John Pickard (age 85 born Normanton, Derbyshire), a Retired Engineer. One servant.[1]

1922 William died; Wearwell Cycle Co was sold to Theo Waine in 1928.
