1909 Positive Lock Washers (Glasgow) Limited was incorporated, with capital of £1500, to carry on the business of sole purchasing and distributing agents for the Amross and Keystone Positive Lock Washers and any other washers that may be thought desirable.[1]
1910 In March the company resolved to go into voluntary liquidation.[2]
