All that MILL, situate at Castle Hill, Gomersal, called "Castle Hill Mill," occupied by Messrs [[Joseph Smith and Sons]], for Cotton Spinning, Three Stories High, about 96 Feet in Length, 27 1/2 Feet in Breadth, inside; heated with Steam, and Lighted with Gas ; together with the Engine House, Boiler House, Drying House, Doubling House, Four Stories High, and about 42 Feet in Length, and 33 Feet in Breadth, inside, Warehouses, Bleach House, Gas House, Mechanic's and Smith's Shops, FOUR COTTAGES, and the Reservoirs, Yards, Outbuildings, and Appurtenances to the said Premises belonging.
