North Port Distillery, Brechin
1893 Guthrie, Martin and Company Limited was incorporated, with capital of £40,000, to take over the business of the same name.[1]
1922 The company, which was by now in liquidation, sold the distillery to the Distillers Co and others. Scottish Malt Distillers Limited took over the operation of the distillery.[2]
