1907 Orr, Watt and Company Limited, Nessville, Avon Street, Motherwell, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to carry on the business of building and manufacturing steel bridges, girders, etc.[1]
1931 The company went into voluntary (creditors) liquidation.[2]
