1920 John Ogilvy and Company Limited, 48 Queen Street, Edinburgh, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to take over the business of electrical contractor lately carried on by John Donald Burnett Ogilvy at Inshewan, Forfarshire.[1]
