1920 The company was incorporated as a private company, Gale and Stafford Limited, 60 North Street, Glasgow, with capital of £7,000, to carry on the business of manufacturers of, dealers in, hirers and repairers of automobiles and motor cars.[1]
1963 In December the company, described as wholesale motor vehicle dealers, went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
