Monard were motorcycles produced between 1964 and 1965 by Geoff Monty and Allen Dudley-Ward.
Geoff Monty and Alan Dudley Ward formed a business in the late 1940s in Kingston-upon-Thames, then Twickenham and finally in Edenbridge in Kent.
Both men were successful road racers and had been in business together for many years. Two Monards were built for racing, fitted with 500cc and 650cc pre-unit Triumph engines and Norton gearboxes. The frame comprised a single large-diameter tube running from headstock to curve behind the gearbox, twin downtubes, a rear sub-frame and alloy mounting-plates for the rear fork.
Bill Ivy rode the Monards in 1964, but moved on the following year, so only two machines were ever made.
