1968 Articles of Association of Gabriel Wade (Southern) Ltd were approved.
1978 The business and assets of subsidiaries of Gabriel Wade (Southern):
- Gabriel Floors and Ceilings Ltd
- C. Yeomans and Sons (Builders Merchants) Ltd
- Bensly and Co Ltd
- Jack Walden Ltd
were transferred to the company.
