'...the Partnership which subsisted between Archibald Gentle and James Falconer, in the business of Brass Founders and Gas Meter Makers, at Clegg-street, in Oldham, in the county of Lancaster, under the style of Gentle and Falconer, was -dissolved, by the death of the said James Falconer, on the 2nd day of February last.
