1835 Advert: 'CAST IRON PIPES. LEWES FOUNDRY. E MORRIS having purchased (of the Contractors for supplying the Lewes Water Works) a considerable quantity of CAST IRON PIPES, offers them to the Public at very reduced prices.
E. M. Embraces this opportunity of thanking his friends for past favours, and of informing them he has found it necessary, to very greatly ENLARGE HIS FOUNDRY, that he is now in a situation to undertake work of any magnitude, and being very particular in retaining only superior workmen, he confidently hopes for continuance of the same patronage he has for so many years experienced.
