Paz Martin Alberto de Palacio y Elissague, born in Sare (Pyrénées-Atlantiques ) on 24 January 1856, died 18 May 1939, was a Spanish engineer and architect.

With Ferdinand Arnodin, he was one of the pioneers of transporter bridges. His work included the Portugalete Transporter Bridge(or Vizcaya Bridge) near Bilbao, Spain.
