1988 Acquired Robinson's Steel Ltd; some of the existing subsidiaries, Firsteel Metal Products Ltd and Sheer Pride Ltd, and 2 dormant subsidiaries, Firsteel Panels Ltd and Sankey Sheldon Ltd, were sold to a fellow subsidiary[1]
