1961 Fram Corporation (Great Britain) Ltd was incorporated. The name was changed to Fram Filters Ltd

1968 Fram Filters Ltd was at Llantrisant, Pontyclun, Glamorgan.

By 1986 was Fram Europe Ltd, a subsidiary of C.I.R. S.p.A. It made automotive filters.
