1910 William Gibson and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £10,000, "to carry on an agreement with William Gibson & Company, golf club manufacturers, Kinghorn"[1]
- 1929 Listed Exhibitor. Manufacturers of Golf Clubs and Parts, wood, iron, rustless ordinary, clubs - hickory, greenheart and steel shafted - in square, dowel, turned, sandpapered, finished heads; persimmon, wood, and hand-forged, iron, grips, accessories. (Stand No. B. 53) [2]
1955 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
