1893 Business founded by the Hall Brothers as jam manufacturers
Soon afterwards introduced boiled sugar confectionery.
1912 Public company incorporated
1924 Ended jam production. Concentrated on sweets, caramels and "Hall's Mentho-lyptus Tablets".
Post-WWII : extended the factory and new production equipment was introduced
1953 Public issue of shares[1]
