Thornycroft and Co. and Royal Naval Coll., Greenwich. Wh. Ex.; qualified for entry into Royal Corps of Naval Constructors. Career: In employment of Admiralty at various Dockyards at home and abroad; 1914-20— Gen. Man., H.M. Australian Govt. Naval Dockyard, Sydney, Australia; 1920 to date—In Admiralty Service.
