1935 Wm. Moyes and Sons Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £4,000, to carry on the business of engineering in all its forms, and in particular acetylene and marine lighting engineering.[1]

1975 The company's name was changed to Alexander Moir (Plumbers) Limited.[2]

2006 The company was dissolved.[3]
