The Late Mr. Andrew M'Ouie. — Mr. Andrew M'Ouie, a well-known and much-esteemed citizen of Glasgow, and a leading representative of the engineering profession, died this morning, after an illness of about four weeks. The deceased, who was in the sixty-eighth year of his age, was for upwards of thirty years a member of the firm of W. and A. M'Ouie, Scotland-street, Glasgow.
