1936 East of Scotland Factors Limited, 31 High Street, Dundee, was incorporated as a private limited company, with capital of £1,000, to carry on the business of distributors of tyres and tubes, of garage proprietors, and of motor car dealers.[1]
1983 A liquidator was appointed to wind up the company.[2]
