This is a subsection of AEI

1960 AEI reorganised its 3 main subsidiaries into divisions[1], one of which specialized in instrumentation.

1960 The AEI Instrument Division included the Scientific Apparatus Department. The Department handled mass spectrometers, NMR spectrometers, and other analytical instruments [2]

Presumably later became AEI Scientific Apparatus.
