'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Percival Spencer and Arthur Spencer, carrying on business as Balloon Manufacturers, at 14, Ringcroft-street, Holloway, under the style or firm of Charles Green Spencer and Sons, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 5th day of April, 1892.
