1892 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Percival Spencer and Arthur Spencer, carrying on business as Balloon Manufacturers, at 14, Ringcroft-street, Holloway, under the style or firm of Charles Green Spencer and Sons, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 5th day of April, 1892. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Arthur Spencer, who will continue to carry on the business under the same style as heretofore...'[1]
