MR. HORNSEY announces instructions to SELL by AUCTION, on the Premises, Rockabella Mills, Road, aforesaid, on TUESDAY, May the 20tb, 1870, Twelve o’clock, under Bill of Sale, the whole of the MACHINERY of the above Mills, comprising;— Three capital 240-SPINDLE MULES, by Leach and Sons, of Rochdale. Two sets of ENGINES and CONDENSERS, with Apperly’s Patent Feeds. Four narrow WEAVING LOOMS, by Haley. Three capital CUTTERS (narrow size), 2 capital FULLERS, Steam Brush, double iron Screw Press and Papers, iron Tank, Warping Bar and Stand, 30-Skein Reel, Bale Wool, QUANTITY CLOTH, consisting of Tweeds, &c., Scales and Weights, Oil Tank and Tin, Stove and Pipe, quantity of Tins, Grinding Stand, several Yarn Gaskets, quantity of Teazles, pair of Trucks, Wheelbarrow. Casting-net, sundry old iron, quantity of Waste, and numerous other Effects.
