1920 J. C. Duffus and Nephew Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £150,000, to acquire the business of spinners, weavers, manufacturers, and merchants carried on by the firm of J. C. Duffus and Nephew at Densfield Works and Garden Works, Dundee.[1]
